1. The contact of the patch light touch switch depends on its size (the bigger the better). At present, there are three main types of contacts: silver-nickel alloy, silver-cadmium alloy and pure silver. Silver-nickel alloy is an ideal contact material at present. It has good electrical conductivity, hardness and is not easy to oxidize and rust. Silver-cadmium alloy contacts are also good in other aspects, but cadmium belongs to heavy metals. On the one hand, cadmium is harmful to human body, on the other hand, the fusion of silver is not ideal. Small particles of cadmium metal will form on the contact surface, and arc may be pulled out when conducting electricity. In fact, pure silver is not suitable for contacts, conductivity is really good, but pure silver is relatively soft, easy to oxidize, soft texture, switch more contacts will deform; oxidation rust, conductivity will be much worse, rust spots are also easy to heat, it is easy to burn contacts.
2. The contact of the patch light touch switch depends on the material. Touch switch housing material lightly. The main switch brands in the market generally use PC materials. The characteristics of impact resistance, high temperature resistance and non-discoloration are very important for the control of electrical switches. The front panel and the back base of the light touch switch are made of PC material.

We all know that the handle and push force of the switch are controlled by shrapnel. We often say that the shrapnel is divided into phosphorus-copper shrapnel and stainless steel shrapnel. At present, many manufacturers choose phosphorus-copper shrapnel in order to save costs. The price performance of phosphorus-copper shrapnel is relatively high, which is also the reason for its widespread use. However, the phosphorus-copper shrapnel will change after the furnace temperature, and the shrinkage is serious, which will lead to bad hand feeling. The use of stainless steel shrapnel will not have this problem, but the cost of stainless steel shrapnel is relatively high, leading many manufacturers to take the risk of choosing phosphorus-copper shrapnel, so when purchasing lightly touch switch, we must ask the next question clearly.
