Polishing surface treatment of switching switch is also called mirror treatment, the surface is smooth, surface mirror polishing surface treatment, the greatest advantage is that it is not easy to clean dirty things, and the surface is smooth, gloss is good, looks more beautiful, air; and occasional shortcomings will lead to small friction from scratch.
Dial switch analysis, grinding surface or sub-surface, the surface is composed of many dense and bumpy points, the grinding surface looks calm, not publicized, occasionally scratched without leaving obvious traces. But the biggest problem is that the ground surface is easily dirty, dirty things make the text easy to leave traces, not easy to clean up, cleaning up is more troublesome.
Nowadays, the most popular brand is surface polishing. Although it is easy to cause traces, the switching switch installed on the wall is vertical, even though some small scratches are not obvious. In addition, because of the contact between the switch and the hand, the probability of scratching is much smaller than that of the probability of grinding dirty surface.
The toggle switch structure is a connection formed on a diaphragm composed of an upper and a lower diaphragm by pressing down the key head. It is characterized in that a plurality of contacts are formed on the diaphragm below the key head. The above multiple contacts are connected with each other by pattern parts respectively. The toggle switch is connected to the above contacts at the same time and with the above multiple contacts. The position of the part relative to the above key head is respectively provided with a protrusion part.
