When you are ready to sign up for your community’s website please visit www.e-hammersmith.com , go to the menu item “Homeowners” and scroll down to “ New Homeowner? Sign up here.” A new page will open. Please follow the instructions and examples on the page. Have your coupons or welcome letter available for reference during the registration process. Please omit any punctuation in the fields provided and abbreviate street, circle, avenue, etc. For example, 253 No place Ave
We recommend using your email address as your sign in name; this will eliminate the possibility of choosing the same sign in name as another user.
You will need to create a password, confirm the password and enter your email address for future correspondence. Please read the Terms of Service and click “agree” at the bottom of the page. Your name and address will then be compared to Hammersmith’s database of homeowners for security clearance.
If an error occurs please confirm the following:
- Name (confirm that the name you are entering is the same name that is on your coupon/ property)
- Address (confirm that the address is correct and in the correct format, omitting punctuation and abbreviating street, circle, avenue, etc.)
