Have a block party and your association will reimburse you up to $200.00
Block Party will be defined as a gathering of people living in adjacent houses.
All adjacent households must be invited. You may not skip over a house for any reason.
A minimum of 10 households must be invited and a minimum of 6 households must attend.
The money must be split evenly among all hoouseholds that participated in the cost of the party, based on a percentage fo total monies spent.
Each household will qualify only once in a calendar year.

Only households current in their assessments can recieve reimburessments for the amount of your receipts.
If you meet the above criteria:
Turn in your receipts, totaling up to $200.00, along with lists of people, addresses and phone numbers of those invited, and those attending. You will be reimburesed in the amount of your receipts (up to $10.00 per household attending maximum of $200.00).
Checks for reimbursements will be processed once a month. Please allow up to 12 weeks to recieve your reimbursement.
If there are any questions or need for clarification please contact the Social Committee. These guidelines may be changed at any time without notificaton.
